Empty Hand Acrobatics
What happens when you combine gymnastics, dance and martial arts all into the same class? You get performance martial arts! Without a doubt one of the most fun and energetic classes out there, the acrobatics program is designed to teach kids all the moves you see in the movies, in a safe and fun environment. With our world class instructors, there is absolutely no limit to what they can achieve and how far they can go!
Kids will learn a variety of skills including, flips, twists, spin and jump kicks etc. Then they will learn how to put together endless combinations of tricks and martial arts techniques.
Weapons Acrobatics
Weapons acrobatics is a fun filled and action packed class where you pick one of the three main extreme weapons...
- Bo
- Katana
- Kama
And then you learn how to throw them, manipulate them, twirl them, strike, cut and catch them and so much more! It is a fun class where the kids get to pick the weapon they would most like to learn and then the sky is the limit to what they will achieve!
Teen & Adult Acrobatics
Adults asked, so they received. Due to popular demand, we now have a teen and adult extreme program. Adults get to pick their weapon or focus on the empty hand. It is essentially a class where you get to learn, whatever you would like to learn about performance martial arts. If you want to try and trick, then we will certainly help you to your goals, if you want to try out some of the acrobatic weapons, then we will happily show you that... want to do both? Why not?! Just as it is for the kids, there is truly no limit to this program! It is all about having a great time!
